Weigh In Wednesday

Hey Y'all... I realize I am late, but I had a shitty day so get over it...
Good news first:
1. We found my missing dog!! We took her to the vet and gave her a bath, and she is good as new! WOHOO!
2. Mama Laughlin's Weight Loss Challenge starts today... click ~HERE~ to check it out!!

which means that I didn't lose, but I didn't gain. I'll take it!!


Shitty news:
My boyfriend (of over 4 years) and I broke up. Boooooo. This is going to make my weight loss journey harder. I am an emotional eater, so I REALLY need to keep busy so I can keep on losing weight!! Like anyone going through a breakup, I listened to Adele for a while and ate some Reese Cups. I feel better, and I am ready to get back to the gym tomorrow and kick some ass, and work out LOTS of frustration!! This is my new jam for the time being!! :)

  1. So sorry to hear about your breakup! Rather than stress eat, get your tail in that gym and take out all your anger, sadness and frustration out on those machines and weights! Looking damn good is the best "revenge"!!
